Welcome,

I’m Johann, a musician and sound designer. Over the years, I’ve often found myself wishing for various tools that would solve a particular problem I encountered while producing or performing my music. Sometimes, I was able to build the thing I was looking for myself as a plugin.

This website is where I want to document and share those plugins, and in the process explore some of the ideas and concepts behind them, as well as some of the things that enthrall me as a musician.

I create my plugins using RNBO, which is part of the graphical programming environment Max. It’s probably not what you’d call traditional programming. I don’t consider myself a programmer. I do make these plugins for my own purposes in the first place but I thought some of them might be useful or interesting to other people too. This is not a business.
